i guess im just a good bencher....but im telling u if u want ur bench to increase u should do 3 sets only and should fail at 10 reps forced reps done too...everyone i ever have gotten on this program there bench has gone through the roof
just because ppl on this forum took years of consitent training to go from 225 to 315 doesnt mean anything....i benched 325 when i was 19 and it took me about 3 months to go from 205 to 315

i cant do more than 275 so i thought that was the starting requirements...i quit lifting 2 months ago and lost 25 pounds so i know i cant
