Definitely a point of diminishing return to rehydrating it can become a hindrance. I was just reading about Tibau (comparing and contrasting his body type and huge cut with Paddy)would be funny if paddy could make weight and then gain like 100 lbs over night. come in hw vs lw. and go full sumo
He would walk around 200 lbs. I assume the same as Paddy not in camp.
They said his ideal rehydration weight was 181. He was up closer to 190 a couple of times and he didn't like how it felt as much.
EDIT: sorry to take your cheeky post literally lol but it was just right after I had read that with Tibau lol
