Generally speaking, when all the jurors but one are sure he's guilty and refuse to compromise, but one holdout thinks "she was asking for it" and refuses to convict no matter what, that's just a sign that the prosecution needs to be more careful with voir dire. 9 to 1 or 11 to 1 isn't enough to actually convict someone, but it's enough to make the prosecution think they have a good shot at a conviction with a new trial (especially since, in this case, the retrial doesn't seem like it's going to feature a jury.)
A lot more than 2 people do. DC and NoVa have a fair deal of schools.
Publicly warning people and taking legal action aren't mutually exclusive unless there's a settlement with a nondisclosure agreement.
Also, that's not how the legal system works. Unless someone was personally victimized, they can't press charges for what Irvin did to someone else.

No, people who get brain washed into believing in someone like Lloyd can't see anything negative about the "leader".

Pretty much. Trump just started with more money than Lloyd. So he could scam at higher levels. If Trump just invested his money in decent Blue chips, that he got from his Dad, he would be a Billion heir by now. Not some mega scammer.
