No, the PS4's opening week sales in the USA were a whopping 50% better than the Xbox One's (982K vs. 652K). I remember driving to two cities in opposite directions (one 30 mi away, the other 60 mi away) trying to find a PS4 because they were all out online. You couldn't sell a kidney to get one. Meanwhile, there were mountainous stacks of Xbox Ones at the Best Buys, and plentiful inventories everywhere else I looked.This isn’t to much of a surprise Xbox was always competitive in the US. It’s worldwide they have issues. Even during the Xbox one launch I remember them doing well at launch and then things started to slow.
In February 2020 they were 5 mil apart and that’s after this long.
