If you have nothing else to play at the moment it's still worth it. It's probably not going to be a huge difference with the Pro. It's already one of the best optimized third party titles. Might just get quality mode graphics or maybe a FPS boost but as of now it felt like it was locked 60 when I played it.
our good buddy @Dizzy should take this opportunity to play NieR: Automata to fill in the time

Yeah that's a great one. Real shame that they haven't made another one since then. I played the remaster of the first but didn't enjoy it nearly as much.

Eh I can hang off. There’s always something to play.

I just got the new Zelda too.

There was a massive PSN global outage yesterday … thankfully I don’t play call of duty with buddies after work anymore . Would have raged

I have account sharing set up with a buddy so that we can share each other’s game libraries, but because I had that active I literally couldn’t play anything last night.

And still up for pre-order. I did grab one but that's kind of shocking. PS4 and PS5 were super hard to get and sold out within minutes. I don't really remember how hard the PS4 Pro was to get. I definitely got it day 1 but I don't remember if it was difficult.

Just makes me wonder, were those truly manufacturing problems or is there just not much interest now?

PS4 Pro was easy to get on launch. My friend waltzed in and bought one off the shelf a few days after launch. I don't recall if I bought it at launch or not but it was the fucked up disc tray on my PS4 that forced me to get a PS4 Pro but also had no issues buying one.

The Wii, the Switch and the PS5 were the hardest to get at launch. The Wii was the most memorable as I lined up for hours (left the house at 2AM to line up) and barely made the cut to get one. That line was looong as fuck!...

I got my PS4 Pro for dirt cheap. Target had an error with a promo code that allowed you to stack it so I ended up buying it brand new for around $100. Went as soon as they opened so they didn’t catch on and cancel it.

I picked my PS4 Pro up in a Spider-man 1 bundle on the game's release day, still running it in our bedroom as a backup blu ray player / PS4 only stuff. It'll probably get replaced by my launch day PS5 when i get a pro and the Pro will be downstairs with my 4K Bluray Player and Series S.

This would be a big seller.

Edit - Would like to add it seems to be a recent trend that dozens of social media accounts happen to repeat the same rumor before the announcement is officially made within a few days or weeks.

I actually bought the GoW 'collection' for the PS3 for $20 back in the day. All three main GoW games with the PSP entries. The PSP games were barely worth playing once.

I still own my copy of GoW3 for PS4, remastered. Still an awesome experience to play. If the PS5 can get it up to 4K/120FPS it'd be perfected. Very sure its aged like fine wine.

Glad to see Silent Hill 2 turn out to be great. I was one of the few that had faith in it so it feels good to be right lol. I got the early access but sadly didn't get to put too much time into it. About two hours in and I'm really loving it. The atmosphere is fantastic, really unsettling. The best thing about the game so far is the sound. It's one of the best sounding games I've ever played and having a headset is a must imo. Also for those who plan on playing it I highly recommend playing it in quality mode. This goes against what I normally believe but it's just not worth sacrificing the visuals for frames in this instance. The atmosphere is the selling point, the gameplay doesn't need to be 60. It works just fine at 30.

If you haven't already checked out last year's Dead Space, add it to your 'Play Soon' list.

Another great horror remake that is guaranteed to impress.

And Dead Space is an October PS Plus game, perfect time to check it out.
