You guys see this trailer? The voice talent is crazy...... it's actually kind of insane to see these names coming from a new studio. Got to think the budget is pretty big for their first game.

Just out of curiosity, what games are you guys playing as soon as you get PS5 Pro?

For me I'll be playing Alan Wake 2 Lake House DLC and Dragon Age The Veilguard. I also want to go back to FF Rebirth and maybe start a new game on Horizon Zero Dawn.

I’ve actually been trying to decide what game I want to play first. Replaying FF7 rebirth and Alan wake 2 are at the top of my list. DD2 is also up there.

Leaning towards Alan wake so that will probably be what I play first.

Oh that's not a bad pick. I want to replay that also and get the plat this time. Forgot to add TLOU 2. That was going to be my next game until the pro release date was given out and that was one of the enhanced games.

Wow... you know what, I noticed this game was going to be put on PC early 2025, which is a little over a year since the PS5 release. Usually games of this caliber don't come to PC this fast. I mean, PC just got Ghost of Tsushima.

I didn't get it on PS5, was waiting for a sale and time to play it. I suppose it is my fault.

Online I read mixed reviews on forums but irl my friends were hyping it up big time. I loved it when I eventually played it.

Not sure how I feel about the way Peter Parker’s combat plays but I guess they are kind of forced to do it because Miles is fun as hell.

Any idea on why the DLC were canceled? The game was amazing and I was so hyped for the Carnage storyline to continue.

I've heard alot of mixed-reviews from those who's bought & played the game.

Spidey 2? I feel like that's just Twitter which is full of losers engagement farming. Game is sitting at 8.8 on Metacritic user scores with 10k reviews.

The game rocks, traversing the city is awesome and the density of traffic and people is crazy for a game not on a super powerful PC. It's very well optimized and some of the set pieces are crazy. The MJ section was improved a lot too. I think the biggest complaint was introducing Venom a bit too late into the game but other than that I loved it.

It's probably one of those things that became too ambitious and they decided it's better to put those resources into a full game. Rumors are that they'll release a Venom game and I think they might save a couple of the DLC villains for that.

I specifically said 'from those who bought and played it' meaning NOT critics who received it for free.

And no, I wasn't referring to politics with 'mixed reviews.' It simply is too much of a copy&paste from the previous game.

Looks like Sylens of Horizon franchise will indeed be replaced. Please please please choose David Harewood. If you guys played Alan wake 2 you’d know exactly why I mentioned his name just down. He’s so perfect for the role and if they choose anyone else I’ll be pretty disappointed

You’re going to think I’m insane for even suggesting this but I’d recommend still playing the game on 30 fps even on the pro. There’s not a ton of combat in the game and even when there is it’s not ever fast paced. This game and silent hill 2 remake are th only games I’d ever recommend such a thing

Don't think you're insane. I was actually thinking the same thing myself. I'll need to play it myself to really know if I want to do 30 FPS or not though.

Lol this, it wasn’t mixed at all. Some people are always going to look for or find issues with every game. General consensus was overwhelmingly positive from gamers and critics alike.
