*Pretty sure the above is a volume PR. My body felt wrecked after these, so I cut it short. I'll have to make up squats now.
 
Heavy push presses always leave me feeling wrecked. One of those whole body feelings. I dont ever get sore, just feel like I got hit by a car or something.
 
Bailed on 20 rep squats to go for a Squat PR instead.

My favorite part of his squats are how after a set he stands dead still for a good three count. I always think to myself "is this bastard gonna bang out another one?" and then he racks it.

My ass is running to the rack for dear life after a heavy squat. :)
