I never really cared for it after I started doing push press years ago, and once jerk/push jerk came along it really took a back seat. I think I am going to try to work it in once every two weeks or so, on days when my shoulders are sore (yesterday would have been a good day) to give them a break from the heavier weights. For the competition I am doing Back Squat and Jerk.
