They were tender, especially the heals. The good thing is that I will be going pretty easy this week due to shitty numbers lately, hopefully that will make the transition a little easier.

Squat: Knee sleeves, belt, wrist wraps on all work sets and 3 walk outs. Very sore left groin/hip felxor.
