Looks like the 1-2-3 kid, and some ham and egger from the mid 90's. Saw the gif in the ylyl thread and had to have it.

Deadlift: Left hand has a nice chunk about the size of a nickel and almost as deep. Wrestling shoes and knee sleeves. Didn't warm up properly

Got a new Rogue Bar and the HD collars...nice. The bar and collars add up to 45 so that is great.

Squat: Knee sleeves and belt on 405 and 425. Squat felt like crap so I cut it short. All low bar.

Snatch: Knee sleeves and wrist wraps. Had a little competition with my buddy, my snatch vs. his clean and jerk. It is the first time I have won this in about 5 contests. New bar was feeling great, knurling, texture, and spin.

Clean: Hit a 10lb. PR, can attribute this completely to the new bar, and taping my thumbs slightly different. My grip was slightly wider too. No misses up to 285, they all felt great.

Jerk: Felt very good here. Wrist wraps on 135, Knee sleeves on 225, belt on 275. Hit an overhead PR and a Jerk PR with 325.

Complex with bar, then with 95, FS, Press in front and back. Got a sweat going.
