Man.... just thought of something. How fucked are our priorities? Seeing them openly brag about how fast they built this thing made me realize we could definitely defeat homelessness if these politicians actually cared enough to do so. These place can house thousands of people. Why aren't we making these same efforts to clean up our city streets and provide shelter? George Carlin said it best, they don't want to solve homelessness because they need them to scare the shit out of the working class.

I'm not some raging asshole. My dad was the most calm and tempered person I've ever met. My mom was nuts. Luckily I inherited about 90% of my dads temperament and I would always talk to him when I ran into a tough problem.

Vietnam's GDP is $430 billion, and consumer spending is 60% (~270 billion) of that. What percentage of that consumer spending do you think US imports to Vietnam would entail?

That's correct. It costs the same amount for us to import there as we did before the deal, but now all parts from Vietnam will cost US buyers $140 billion/yr, which will be passed on to consumers. So it costs US businesses more, and gets us nothing in return.

If you think that will cause US manufacturing to increase, you are an idiot and will fail to cite a single example of that happening.
