Marc Goddard loves to stop fights early, his most recent infraction is Jiri Prozhacka vs Alex Perirea, when Alex took full mount and Marc stopped the fight immediately.

Marc Goddard is a black belt in the Gracie Barra system, so maybe he thought that when Alex took full mount he would be awarded 4 points and it would be too big a point decificit for Jiri to catch up from so stopped the fight and awarded Alex the win.

McGregor once jumped in the ring as he had done so much cocaine he time travelled into the future and saw the main event of UFC295 and wanted to attack Marc for what he did that night but stopped short at pushing him when he realised that no one would beleieve him.

Herb Dean also loves to stop fights early and has too many infractions to count. The most famous is Fedor vs Henderson when he stopped the fight early for no reason at all just to hurt "The Last Emperoers" great legacy.
