Burns has a fight booked with number 11 masvidal. Who Colby just beat, and when Colby beat him he was ranked 6th.

I would not mind if they went with wonderboy but he's on his farewell tour and wants only fun striker fights. Leon would be that fight but i think it's less merited as Colby considering that Thompson has already lost to both burns and belal. Although I'd be all for this because I'm a huge fan and that's a fun fight.

Belal has been active and winning. He is the only fighter who has hands down more merit than Colby. But he's borring and no one would pay for a leon vs belal headlining ppv. It just wouldn't be good. Belal needs a big signature win to get a ppv headline.

It's not worth being inactive or stripped, giving that money away.
Belal will get his chance.
Leon was too boring in his win streak. Kind of like Belal.
But a PPV needs to sell. Neither Belal or Edwards have much personality.
Colby can carry the whole promotion of that PPV.
