Islam and Ilia have similar top level resume, (Charles, Volk x2 (one short notice), Dustin, JDM vs Volk, Max, Charles). I'd say Ilia's best wins are slightly more impressive, considering he didn't have the size of Islam fighting common opponents, that that version of Max was better than the version of Dustin Islam fought and that he won those fights more impressivelly.
However, Islam dominating JDM moving up and having nearly twice as many wins in the UFC puts him higher all time.
