Jones Jones smashes Tom

That's why I will be right.

This thread is news. I had never thought it'd be so lopsided, I thought about a 3-2 kind of thing... Not a 5-0
Bratha, I like Jones and Poatan as fighters. Even I am tired of discussing this.

Sure … now go convince Jones on that.
Oh he is. The UFC is playing you all by maximizing timing. With Paramount's deal, they will have plenty of incentive to "tune in for JJ vs Tom next week!! The fight you all wanted! We delivered! Tom said he'd take out the Boogeyman!!"

Next —> JJ calls him Lionheart ... Chimaev said " you have the heart of a lion" —> Anthony Smith / DDP / Tom = Lionheart... Which JJ said btw " Tom would be another Anthony Smith/Lionheart".

Who's the Reyes tho in the final chapter of JJ? Reyes has given some clues on that being someone who has competed in MW 😉 I think Pereira... Tom is the lionheart

This thread is more boring nonsense. I don't think you have ever made any actual contribution to this forum.

Welcome to the Ignore List.

Well, JJ winning dominantly again would be boring.... That's the gimmick of the boring 😉

I don't have enough neural connections or LSD to understand this

JJ should join hands with Pereira and Ankalaev if he wants to be really challenged
Ok I think I understand this part. Poatan the former alcoholic and Ankalaev the Muslim can hold his hands and challenge him to stop getting wasted.

Khamzat Chimaev = Jon Jones
DDP = Aspinall

The WWE is obvious. DDP putting his hands on Chimaev's shoulder like Tom did with JJ. DDP saying "he never faced a big guy like me. His wins were over small guys and some could be contested, like the Burns fight could be scored either way" —> Tom says the same "JJ never fought someone as big as me, he beat smaller guys"

Khamzat Chimaev posted " JJ is the best fighter ever. Alex [Gus] is the most difficult fight"

DDP was asked by an interviewer " you have said that the scariest moments are when you're in the octagon about to face another man" —> exactly what Aspinall said. When asked about him vs JJ in a q&a , Aspinall said " idk about me and JJ, let's see Chimaev vs DDP, that fight will be the so called biggest fight, tune in on that fight"

DDP was saying " I'll defeat the Boogeyman" ... Same way Tom would say " I'll defeat the Boogeyman".

Done... JJ 50 - 44 Tom.

Tom vs Gane is a better fight to build Tom so JJ get his dominant 5-0 by showing Tom that having BJJ doesn't matter if the TDD isn't good. Tom vs Gane is the proper fight, JJ should join hands with Pereira and Ankalaev if he wants to be really challenged. HW is easy for him. We should take Topuria and Chimaev as examples that when an elite fighter makes weight in a upper class even when fighting opponents bigger than them (like in Chimaev's case), the one coming from the lower weight class smashes.

Topuria vs Charles Oliveira = Alex Pereira vs Tom ... Quick round 1 KO
Khamzat Chimaev vs DDP = JJ vs Tom ... Lacks the striking ability of Alex but takes Aspinall to school by wrestling him only more difficult than vs Gane (Gane is like Whittaker, DDP is the Tom Aspinall).

So... Questions answered??

I agree except I highly doubt Tom could survive 5 rounds under Jones, because he would be taking brutal GNP with elbows like Stipe did. But yes when they is a massive wrestling difference like DDP vs Khamzat or Jones vs Aspinall, this is how the fight plays out.

Stipe was a D1 wrestler and Jones still rag-tossed him and annihilated him with GNP in round one, then the Jones haters start making comments about how Stipe "didn't look the same" in the fight after that like it was only due to age and not having the fucking stuffing beat out of his head. Believe me Tom wouldn't look the same in round 2 after that either.

Because LHW >> HW. Why didn't Khamzat did that with Burns?? Burns way smaller than DDP

This as well, people don't seem to comprehend how incredibly low skilled modern heavyweight is. Tom is just this linear striker but he looks amazing compared to his competition. Gane will be like the Adesanya to Aspinall's Whittaker. But at least Tom has a chance by using grappling, against Jones he has no path to victory other than puncher's chance.

What an original thread. lol!

DDP isn’t a weight division bigger, almost a decade younger, much faster stronger and more explosive though nor is Khamzat a way past his prime, off the gear cherry picker from a division down.

They share nothing. If Jones thought he could beat Tom, he wouldn’t have pissed all over his legacy to run. Cope harder

It's the truth. Just notice the WWE at play there. It can't get more clear. Final fight : Topuria (Ankalaev/Pereira) vs Khamzat Chimaev (Jon Jones)

We will see whether Alex or Ank wins. Whoever wins, beats up the Charles Aspinall by a dominant 1 round KO and have the fight vs JJ

Topuria vs Chimaev is the biggest and toughest fight for Chimaev —> you get it's not Topuria the LW, but Topuria the LHW

u wot m8?

Yeah. You were the one who posted the picture of DDP putting his hands on Chimaev's shoulders, right? That right then gave me a real clue....

Nope. You can close your eyes and try to wish this shit into reality but it doesn't work, Luff.

You thought DDP would win, and then he gets ragdolled and your first instinct is "how can I spin this into some stupid comparison of other fighters to prop up who I like and downplay who I don't?"

Luff, Khamzat was favored over DDP for the EXACT reasons we saw play out and that I stated before the fight. Which is why I have more $ now than I did prior to the fight. And Aspinall was (and will be if they ever fight) for the reasons I've laid out. And you can think you know better and make a million threads and I'll just keep winning bets because of rubes like you. 😃

Yeah Khamzat was a different, elite IQ fighter 😉

I'm mostly poking fun btw. But there's some WWE at play in the UFC, that's for sure. I won't say JJ vs Tom would go like that. But I'd keep my original thought of a 48-47 or 49-46 for Jones until we see them fight. And this one for JJ vs Tom I'm also pretty confident. Tom isn't cracking JJ quickly. JJ would methodically find a way.

*sigh* Jones retired for two weeks so he could avoid having to fight Tom. This isn't a 4D chess move, it's one of the most blatant ducks of all time.
