man, im polish and love me some jj.. but how is it possible ppl think jj is gonna dominate this match?

she will probably outpoint her, maybe get some good shots in, but i doubt she will finish her or even scratch her up...

oh well, guess we shall see.

i cant get over her terrible attitude in her rematch with rose. after just about every round she raises her hand and does a fist pump kinda thing, thinking she won the rounds. terrible terrible. the corner should have told her she lost those rounds. i cant stand that coasting crap.

Bisping explained it best. That hand raising and celebrating is old school. It's not something Joanna came up with. You just don't see it often cause you barely have any actual professionals with a long fight career enter the UFC. I'm paraphrasing and expanding on what he said. Basically if you don't believe you won how can you expect anybody else to believe it. A lot of pro fights are close decisions not crushing victories. Plus having decisions stolen is a very common issue in combat sports. It's as much a signal to judges as to the fans and finally to the fighter themselves.

Picking that out to hate her is just silly. You are basically looking for a reason and found one to justify it due to naivety.
 
Should be an easy fight for J Bae.

I think this fight is a formality and going to be an easy night. but whatever I guess her putting a name down helps overall.
 
I found this interesting week over week in how Joanna's camp changes for a 5 round fight. This is structural but gets adjusted based on the individual. She used to get sent home due to burnout so this time around she isn't doing crazy 8-14 week long camps. This time she only did 5 weeks, off several weeks/month then again 5 weeks, off again and again 5 weeks. She went 40-60% in the off weeks and 100% during the on weeks.

Should be interesting to see the last two before fight week.

I get it but understand to Joanna it isn't kill or be killed. To her it's a sport. If it wasn't that for her she would stop doing it.

I don't know what version of her we get this time. Sporty Joanna or Polish Woodchipper Joanna.

I too hope we get the Polish Woodchipper but who the hell knows.

Be glad she is being herself and not fake like so many others. She has a lot of bad habits. She knows. She talked about them on her Polish podcast but that's how she is. You can love/hate her regardless. She apologized but this is how she is. That won't change.
 
I'm rooting for Michelle, but I see a 4th round stoppage here. I think she might be competitive for the first 2 rounds then JJ is going to take over and land at will.

why assume things, bud? i never said i hate her. i didnt like her actions in that fight. not sure why how u can assume these things when i havent explicitly written them. i think it cost her the match. its one thing to try to sway the judges by gesturing u think u won rounds, but she actually did think she won as she never tried anything different. looks like u were looking for a reason to bash me on and found one ;)

not sure how u draw nativity out of my post. throwing unjustified insults at someone is just something people who cant construct reasonable arguments do, i guess.
