I have posted their art work in other threads. Not the worst, but these are shots he even chose to put in a magazine for Washingtonians. "Oh hey, let me get some art work of a clearly abused girl, with lifeless eyes, sitting on a stool in her underware".

The top middle and second row on the left are both shown in his house that he chose to show in a popular magazine for DC socialites. Like WTF... and he has chairs arranged to "view" them. Plus he also had his friends buy some of these works. The artist even talks about how they represent the predatory nature when dealing with innocence. Fucking sickos.

This artwork is the wealthy version of cutout photographs with the eyes scratched out.

Doesn’t mean a single thing. In a quick lit search, I found two studies looking at hyoid fractures in hangings. They found 25% in one study, 68% in another study. So definitely not uncommon at all, and it gives no support to the notion that he was murdered.

The guy had no rope, bed sheets or a place to hang.

That makes me really uncomfortable to look at. I almost wish it was some kind of alt-Right fakery to demean a Democrat, but it's not. Like, what is this supposed to represent? I think the alleged connections to a child abuse scandal is the aspect that really makes the artwork disconcerting. But of course it's only CT nonsense.
