Tell me how he rigs up a hanging under 24/7 surveillance, without the guards looking the other way.
Is that what happened? Can guards make human mistakes? Was he under 24 hr surveillance and what does that look like at that institution? How far were the guards from him? Moments. It only takes moments for someone to kill themselves.

Everything We Know About Jeffrey Epstein’s Death

But for reasons still unknown as of Saturday afternoon, Epstein was taken off of suicide watch on July 29 and returned to the MCC’s special housing unit, according to the Times. Typically, that should have only happened if the prison’s chief psychologist approved the change after evaluating the inmate and justifying why they are no longer at risk of harming themselves.

Where does partisanship come into this?

Where doesn't it?

You'll notice that there are a lot more Liberals putting this down to a run of the mill suicide, than there are conservatives. The ones arguing for it to be "nothing at all" you "morons", and "idiots" aren't conservatives...

I'm gonna believe that yes, a billionaire socialite with connections that reached across the pond, should've(maybe not have) been under 24/7 surveillance.

But maybe he was just treated like a run of mill suicidal meth head from Alabama, right?

Anyone saying "nothing to see here" is a bit out of their minds. What is the liberal angle on denial?

Wish the shocking part of all this, was Jeff's fuckin ass in an electric chair.

Rest in Hell.

Jeffrey Epstein’s apparent suicide is unfathomable

For anyone familiar with Bureau of Prisons standard operating procedures, Jeffrey Epstein’s apparent suicide is more than mysterious; it is unfathomable.

The 66-year-old accused sex trafficker was found dead in his prison cell at the Metropolitan Correction Center (MCC) Saturday morning, apparently after having hanged himself.

The Bureau of Prisons, the federal agency that runs the MCC, has said the FBI will investigate.

It had better.

Epstein’s death almost certainly means that astounding blunders occurred, perhaps by multiple personnel at the Bureau of Prisons (BOP).

If any prisoner in the federal system should have been a candidate for suspicion of suicide, it was the high-profile and disgraced Epstein. All administrative and structural measures should have been in place to ensure it could not happen. And yet it apparently did.

First, consider the MCC itself. It is a high-rise, forbidding administrative detention facility in the south of Manhattan. Its population consists almost entirely of prisoners, like Epstein, awaiting trial in federal court in Manhattan. It has been referred to as the “Guantanamo of New York” for its stringent security measures. It is the facility of choice for notorious federal defendants, often in special administrative segregation units, having previously housed John Gotti, Bernard Madoff, Omar Abdel Rahman and, recently, Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán.

In other words, it is the very place to put a high-profile and potentially suicidal defendant such as Epstein.

Second, consider the BOP’s suicide prevention protocol. Epstein was found last month unconscious in his MCC cell with marks on his neck. If he was not on suicide watch, it would be astonishing. Yet if he were on suicide watch, his death would be virtually inconceivable.

Well I have no idea how he was treated. But I do know that people can and do kill themselves while under observation. I mean, it would be nice if he was actually beaten to death or something and someone covered it up. That would at least be better than that sack of cancerous waste getting to go out on his own terms.
Whatcha gonna do.

I feel like this is the one thing to bring right and left together.

We could only wish.

I bet that by Monday, media will blame trump or insinuate trump in some way. And people will lose their minds for another week

Yeah, po dunk nobodies. I see your argument in a general sense. It doesn't apply here. It just doesn't. We're talking about a guy with connections that reach as far as the President. Little different.

Bitch at each other on Sherdog. That's what we'll do!

That's what you call powerful.

When everyone is expecting a guy to get killed, and you kill him off anyway. Lie, and say it's a suicide even though everyone knows you're lying, and you know they know your lying and can't do shit about it.

It's already begun.

Of course #Clintondeathcount is just as absurd.

Not because I think the Clinton's have never killed anyone, but because the real powerful people have their own private jets, and didn't need to be on Epstiens flight manifests.

I don't know, probably ask a lawyer on that one. It may be legally possible to do a posthumous trial, but this doesn't seem like that sort of case. Civil suits make sense after death of the offender because you're suing for their money/stuff. Just because it gets inherited by somebody else doesn't mean you aren't entitled to be compensated out of that chunk of money/stuff.

I'm not a loyal but I'm pretty well versed. That said I could read further and be totally debunked by an actual trial lawyer. But if we have actual victims of these powerful :eek::eek::eek:s willing to cooperate than we could have indictments, trials, etc.

As for civil cases epstein is not around to defend himself therefore the case is void......imo. I'm less sure about this one
