There hasn't even been an investigation yet and most people already are set in their belief that this is somehow a conspiracy. It could also be outright negligence. Anyone remember Ariel Castro? Yes, a conspiracy theory literally means a theory that a conspiracy exists. By such a definition, any police detective investigating a homicide involving multiple suspects is a conspiracy theorist.

But there's plenty of evidence to suggest powerful people wanted Epstein dead, and the widespread knowledge that he was wanted dead by powerful people made his death entirely foreseeable. None of that means Epstein did not commit suicide for personal reasons. He certainly had good reason to have a guilty conscience. But the idea that he was murdered is not baseless nor is it logically inferior to the notion that he killed himself.

You seem to be overlooking that it's already been reported as an apparent suicide. So yeah, asserting such a low-likelihood murder plot that is counter to the strong facts we have (suicidal person with a recent suicide attempt) is a garbage conspiracy theory. But don't let that stop you.
