Thanks for thatPossibly, until either he POTUS can nominate a VP that *both* houses of Congress can agree on, or an election happens. However, the Senate can also nominate a Senate President Pro Tempore (acting Senate Pres when the VP is absent) and the House has no vote in that. That’s the most likely outcome in that scenario, if we couldn’t get a VP that both houses can agree on, the Senate’s controlling party would get a Senate Pro Tem through.
