Media It looks like Tom Aspinall has put on some muscle

Will the extra mass benefit Tommy?

Because his knee when for a shit he wasn’t rolling for a long time and he probably started lifting more to pass the time . He looks really good, I just worry about his knee going forward

I'm more worried about his knee going sideways.

You can't disregard the mental aspect of coming off injury and some athletes subconsciously hold themselves back from fear of injury or preventing reinjury.
For example: Jones' injury from the Sonnen fight still affects him, he tapes it up before every fight.

Back is the most noticeable difference. Went from suffering invisible lat syndrome to being a jacked white boy. NCAA All-American Aspinall incoming

That’s just more weight on his bad knees.

Hyped for Aspinall but it worries me how sloppy he fought in the 20/30 seconds of the Blaydes fight. I know you cant judge based off that, but if he has the same brainfart exchanges against guys like Pavlovich or Tai hes getting laid out.

I tore my Achilles tendon , idk how anybody comes back the same. It's always gonna be in the back of my head like is it just gonna explode again ?

7lbs isn't much of a difference in a 250+ lbs human.

His body fat % looks roughly the same, its possible he's 'bigger' but it doesn't look obvious from this picture.

I noticed it too. But it probably has to do with all the time he had to take off in rehab. I don't think it will matter vs Tybura. As long as his legs work the way they did before, he's got this. Hopefully he makes a statement. The HW division could use it.

His name was on the same clinic as Paddy and all those UK boxers, sounds like he pulled a Conor to help rehabilitate.
