You’re missing the point, you can’t accuse somebody of ducking when they’re accepting a harder fight.

the harder fight could come with less risk and could have a smaller impact on your career with a loss.

to give a real world example, lots of people say GSP ducked woodley when he fought bisping. At the time, Woodley was viewed as a more legitmate champion. GSP is often cited for picking bisping in particular.

If that asshole had an ounce of class, he would have vacated the LHW Title months before he actually did. And he would have would have vacated the HW Title several months ago. Because he is NEVER fighting Aspinall.

I probably didn't include that period, no more than you've included how long it's been since Islam's last fight, because Jones didn't decide to move to HW until after Stipe retired DC in their trilogy fight. Jones vacated the title the next day to pursue moving up.

I really don’t mind Ilia. The only time I remember myself rooting against him was vs Max.
Oliviera is kinda chinny and can get caught anytime, but he still got the tools to beat Ilia. Looking forward to seeing that fight.

I don't disagree that Oliveira can be knocked out. I'd say realistically Topuria will be the favorite.

That was just because of the rehydration rules & reduced time they have, don't think that would be much of a factor when Islam fights at 170.
