The guy is a twerp but he can gish-gallop at the level of Ben Shapiro. Destiny also is far more prepared in debates than most of the other lefties.

Whats funny about online debates is both sides will repost the same debate saying “My guy DESTROYS your guy” as if the other side is taking it as an L when they all heard what they wanted to hear.

I guess he’s as good as any debater since really all you have to do is have conviction in these online spats. He’s also willing to actually debate so points for that. But Seder isn’t converting anybody. I’ve heard Seder do well as a ringer when he called into Dennis Prager, but I mostly already agreed with Seder on the topic he was pressing Prager on.

Most of the “intellectuals” in the left actively avoid debate and some brag about avoiding them as a rule. As if their presence at the table lends legitimacy to whoever they’re talking to.

Destiny is probably the best. I’ve actually heard of people adopting liberal politics because they were blown away by Destiny in debates.

Can’t say the same for Seder who seems like somebody who can only appeal to those who are already pretty deep in progressive politics. Especially with his ridiculous sidekick Emma Vigeland. Also points for having watched Destiny humiliate a hysterical Seder in a debate after the Kyle GOATtenhouse acquittal.

Sam Seder is a clown, if you allow yourself to get destroyed by the likes of Tim Pool and PBD I would say you are a terrible example of a good debater.

Destiny besides being a creepy fuck who talks like a recovering meth addict, is a hack, you can find the leaked phone call he had with Lauren Southern where they both admit to not believing in any of the rhetoric engage in online and its all about building an audience and catering to them.

You don't have to like the guy, but there's no denying he's an incredible debater. It's probably the biggest part of his brand.

One thing I will say about Destiny is that he goes over documentation for hours on stream. At the sacrifice of his viewers. You can see how he arrives at his positions in real time. Have to respect that.

My problem with Shapiro is the fact he lies so often. He uses tactics and statistics that work wonders against the unprepared but are dismantled by guys like Seder or Ezra Klein. Even though Shapiro will yield these points to guys like that, it doesn't stop him from trotting them out again against others afterwards.

Shapiro's goal is always to win the debate, not to reach truth. This is fine for entertainment but poison for political discussions.

I really dislike Cenk and don't think he's anywhere as smart as he thinks he is.

Destiny seems to be a piece of shit and will argue anything any time, but if you want to appraise how good he is you should check out his Rittenhouse debate with Vaush, where he comes to the conservative conclusions in real time (and was right, IMO).



Hasan is the loudest, most consistent progressive voice in media, and while I hate his format I agree with most things he says. It's good that he's putting those ideas out there and that he has such a large audience, although the west will never support them and America doesn't have a leftist party.

I remember listening to a debate between Ezra Klein and Sam Harris on the racial IQ gap and Klein recommended that Harris learn from great black American scholars like Ibram X Kendi.

Yeah, Pakman is very good too. Here he’s debating Ben Shapiro on guns, and in my humble opinion, he handled Shapiro on one of his strongest topics.

I’ll watch this later Ben is usually pretty good at debates. Some people can debate really well and be full of shit . I bet if you got a good pro wrestling on the mic he can win debates about something he knows little about
