Most college athletes are power cleaning well into the 300s.
Most college athletes?
Or did you mean “some D1 football players”?

Go into weightlifting rooms and you'll see amateurs pulling well over 500 and doing the same thing.
You’re really having a tough time with what we’re discussing, aren’t you?
Hard to keep up with nonsense.
Yep, it is. There's your confirmation. On another note, didn't someone did up a facebook video of you saying you were close to pulling 700?Jim said a 500 deadlift is strong now so i'm absolutely relieved
just need confirmation from drew now
Your own? Makes sense, bro. I don’t think anyone else can, either.
Exactly. That’s why people seem to be agreeing with your opinion and not mine. Both of your claims have been pretty nonsensical.
I train in LA Fitness and I've seen regular people picking up 405-450 regularly who weigh less than 200 lbs themselves. These are not strong people by any means.
Here's Saquon Barkley power cleaning 405 as a college athlete.
This makes no sense brether. Shaw and Thor both pull conventional and are about that height. Conventional suits taller Lankier lifters due to leverages. The guy is 6'9". If he's pulling heavy, he should be pulling sumo.
Fury has ideal deadlift proportions. He's built like Cailer Woolam.Given Fury's less than ideal leverages and lift mechanics, it is certainly an impressive deadlift. Another 100 or so lb would put him in the elite category. If I were him and I had millions riding on my health, I certainly wouldn't be doing this jacked up lifting.
I work with a collegiate wrestling program. We rarely have college wrestlers cleaning into the 300s. I know for sure most of the other sports programs aren't seeing those numbers. Most college athletes are power cleaning well into the 300s.
