Im not an expert, but isnt Tyson Furys 250kg deadlift bad for your back?

I think that's a fair assessment. Beyond a certain point, I don't think strength necessarily matters all that much. Up to that point, however, it can probably be a good indicator of how much knowledge and experience someone has accumulated.

Very cool! Kinesiology is pretty great, although it's not the easiest subject. I've always found anatomy lessons pretty boring (albeit necessary), but I really enjoy most other parts of kinesiology like biomechanics and physiology! As soon as something is happening it becomes much more interesting to me, rather than just memorizing latin and greek. Anyways, have a good one.
