I think this is where I draw the you can‘t have both line. Cool for people who pull it off, but for me travelling with my children is very stressful and I try to avoid it.the people i know with kids seem to travel alot, maybe it's because they have some financial stability and want their kids to experience disneyland and such. I can tell they are stressed thought, and they stress me because they want rides, and pet watching etc., I won't be doing that anymore though.
hell ya, it looks stressful as hell, even though there kids are older now, they still have to put up with other kids on the planerides, who they complain about when they get back. I don't even like travelling when it's just me so I don't really get it. There are also the considerations of the havoc different climates can wreak on a person. I turned purple when i went to 50 below alaska the last time and i remember an mma trainer of mine coming back from brazil and looking about the same as I did. It's not easy on the system. I also hear for older people, the plane ride can trigger heart attacks.I think this is where I draw the you can‘t have both line. Travel the world and live slow. Thats what I do, rent a villa somewhere nice and chill out a month or 2 then move on. You can live like a king is Asia for next to nothing.
This is the major aspect IMO. Beyond the stress, the health side is critical. Either one of my kids always gets sick or hurt on vacation. So far we have pretty much gone on vacation in western Europe countrysides and even then it‘s shitty to find a doctor when something happens. I can‘t imagine the nightmare of dealing with a serious health problem in a remote place in a developing country.hell ya, it looks stressful as hell, even though there kids are older now, they still have to put up with other kids on the planerides, who they complain about when they get back. Youtube is full of people who do this. If your earnings all come from your laptop AND you want to try it then there is no excuse not toDo you seriously do this? Because this is what I want to do. How hard is it to just go out and start doing something like this?
I can work from a laptop (MMA gambler and game dev), so I can do it from anywhere.

It's so easy, to start just get a one way ticket to Thailand / Bali and rent a villa for a month. They give you Visa on arrival.
You will meet a ton of people doing the same thing so easy to make friends as well since everyone is on the same boat.
Right. Finishing this current game up and then making a start on this.
I just hope I can still use my gambling accounts overseas lol.

Yes, I tried living in Brazil for three years and could not adapt to the climate.
Also, the pollution made me develop asthma and I constantly had rhinitis.
I caught dengue twice and nearly died
Also, the bigger you are the more uncomfortable travelling gets
Unfortunately I am. My mom is on her deathbed so yeah.Wait your not in brazil anymore?
Hope its not belgium you returned lol
Boomers climbed the property ladder. Younger people want a flash inner city apartment as soon as they join the workforce, and want several o/s holidays a year as well. Boomers were in a better market but still had to make sacrifices.Boomers were able to buy houses on a blue collar salary with the wife staying home. In todays world, houses are unaffordable for a lot of people.
Yeah just pop out some kids....for reasons. Fucking foolRaise a family, tend to a stable job and travel 2-3 weeks out of the year to countries in Europe, North America and select few in Asia.
I've always found the aimless wanderers to be empty shells of people that end up with depression and loneliness.
