Charles gets a title shot off of one win TWICE: Okay.
Justin gets a title shot off one win: SOUND THE ALARM

Honestly, they were okay with Islam ducking half the top 5 to fight Dustin, They were okay with Charles getting a fight against beneil who MORE than earned a shot already, they gave him another with a win off chandler. Radio slience, No complaints. both these situations are so incredibly outrageous but because it's everyones favourite humble hotsauce peddler and Everyones favourite blonde haired serial weight misser, It's okay.

Gaethje getting a title shot is no longer outrageous based on the previously set, previously OKAY precendent. Gaethje NOT getting a title shot would be the other two getting special treatment (which they both did)

Hopefully the ufc does the right thing and treats gaethje the same as everyone else.

Actually TJ grant has a longer winstreak than arman and has already earned his title shot. It should go to him, despite the fact he hasn't fought in forever, he does have a better streak.

With Gaethje it's a bit of a situation. He probably could have got a shot with his BMF win over Poirier, but UFC wanted him on 300. So he fights on 300 and loses, while Poirier then gets a title shot off a single win.

Contrary to popular belief, the UFC has full agency in determining UFC rankings and in offering fights to fighters, so rank-squatting is not an actual thing. If the UFC offers Arman a legitimate fight, he turns them down, and his ranking doesn't change, that ranking decision is 100% on the UFC.

All Gaethje had to do was say no to fighting max, and he'd have gotten the shot at 302. You just KNOW that they begged gaethje to take that stupid fight. and for some reason he did, Just like when frankie fought ortega and lost his shot.

but what did frankie do? Go back to the grind stone, get the one win after saving the card, and they gave him his title shot.

Yeah I think so. It was a centennial event, not really a normal PPV or fight, so probably shouldn't be held to the same standards as an ordinary fight.

Oh it 100% was bullshit. UFC scrambled to put together 300 and left themselves with no viable contenders available. I feel for Gaethje but he took the fight and lost badly. So in my opinion, needs to stake his claim again and the win over short notice Fiziev doesn’t do it for me.
