It's people like Schwarzenegger that prove the wisdom of the FF to prevent foreigners from being President.

He was a terrible governor. When asked about the issues facing California, he said he would have to be elected to know what to do.

OTOH, his opponent, McClintock, was well-versed on the problems and had solutions at hand and was ready to hit the ground running.

Unfortunately, the CA GOP and the national GOP turned their backs on McClintock and instead, endorsed Ahnold.

Once in office, he said, "I have to take it directly to you… because this girly man in Sacramento wouldn’t go for it.”

The legislature and bureaucracy proved who was the real girly man -- Schwarzenegger.
