There is a big difference between legal protests and illegal ones. But then again if its a cause the demorats and liberals agree with then taking over private property and even burning it down is all "peaceful" protests.

If ICE or any law enforcement step over the line then they should be held accountable. However directly interfering with law enforcement is not legal.

There are HUNDREDS of videos at this point that show protesters exercising their rights legally, being assaulted by ICE and Border Patrol officers. Yet, there's ZERO accountability for the officers in any of those incidents. There are multiple videos showing ICE and Border Patrol officers breaking down the doors of people's homes without warrants. Yet, there's ZERO accountability for the officers in any of those incidents. There are dozens of videos of ICE and Border Patrol officers admitting ON CAMERA that they are stopping people "because of their accent" and blatantly racially profiling them. Yet, there's ZERO accountability for the officers in any of those incidents. There's a reason why they don't wear body cameras, cover their faces, and make it as hard as possible to identify who they are. It's to avoid accountability, and the DOJ is complicit in that effort.

If the government can prove the people protesting at the church broke the law, go for it. But the fact that they are very publicly investigating that, Tim Walz, Jacob Frey, and the widow of Renee Good, and ZERO officers involved in any of these cases, is telling as to what their motivation is.

There's a reason why tens of thousands of Minnesotans came out to march in sub-zero temperatures today to protest this.

As seen with them wrongfully entering the house and arresting the US citizen ChongLy Scott Thao, despite the individual they were supposedly looking for already being imprisoned.
The idea that they are upholding any sort of legitimate legal process is completely laughable.

Can you point to that "legal right" exactly?

Is it enshrined in the area of the Constitution that talk about PEACEABLE ASSEMBLY? I am not sure if disrupting traffic and impeding law enforcement falls under that umbrella.
