Dumbass... Obama apprehended and returned most illegal aliens at the border, where you're supposed to and the far easiest and safest place to catch border crossers. This was also when Democrats opposed mass illegal immigration and were concerned about cheap labor undercutting American jobs. lol... Obama actually complained that Bush let in 3 million illegal immigrants over 8 years. How many did Biden let in over 4 years again?
Biden (actually the far lefties running the admin since Biden's brain was gone) flipped that policy and allowed most everyone in under their fucked up "Asylum" process. What? You did you forget the Smart Phone App, CBP One, where Asylum Seekers could apply and then be flown in without a passport or any form of valid ID for their hearings? Then turned loose? lol...
The border has been ghost town since Trump took over... almost 30x decrease from 2023 at the peak to 2025. There were more people coming across in one day under Biden than an entire month with Trump. Therefore, apprehensions at the border are a fraction of what they were under Biden.
Think about that means for 2 seconds.
Trump is having to deport the millions Biden let in and spread throughout the country. Now having to go door to door and pick up individually. With Blue States doing their best to hide them.
lol... You might want to do 30 seconds of research before spouting off bullshit that you know nothing about.
He was full of shit, if you read the politico article I posted, during Obama’s admin, the basically stopped work sight deportations, among other stuff once in the interior, which crushed American jobs. As I said, when politico was actually a news outlet and not just a TDS rag.
But to your point, as per the article (and it goes on to cite other ways they cooked the books on deportations):
The administration appears to have artificially inflated its deportation numbers. It includes voluntary removals in the deportation statistics. But this is not removal because an illegal immigrant is not then subject to penalties for returning to the United States. For example, a single illegal immigrant can show up at the border and be voluntarily returned numerous times in one year — and counted each time as a removal.
