Social ICE/deportation protests and riots megathread

No one should be untouchable in the eyes of the law
Yeah, that's a nice bumper sticker. Did you know that Joe Biden pardoned his immediate family and fellow Democrats, so they could in fact be above the law?

Pretty crazy, huh?

And that ruling was made when Biden was President. Why no complaints about him being deemed "untouchable"?

Oh' that's right, it's because you don't actually care, and just want to bitch about Trump.
Biden wasn't breaking Constitutional law and defying the courts when the courts found that he was breaking Constitutional law. I mean fucking hell, man. That was a horrible comparison.

California too hot? You'd hate the fuck out of Louisiana. Walk outside in the Summer and start pouring sweat within 20 seconds and become mad as hell for no reason. <lmao>
Yeah, fuck Florida and Louisiana. My wife was from Pensacola Florida and hated how hot it was.

Save it, dude. He can’t be prosecuted for anything if it’s deemed an official act, and nothing he says or does in official capacity is even admissible in court. Plus, bonus, scotus ultimately gets to decide what’s official. We have 9 lifetime appointed rulers—power they’ve given to themselves—and they control the executive branch. The same branch which of course they also decided has complete control over the DOJ, lol.
TBF they can only get away with this because congress has become an ineffectual little bitch.
Then that's not total immunity. Your opinion on how SCOTUS may or may not rule on something that hasn't even happened yet is irrelevant.

What would you call it when someone is given a special status that completely eliminates the possibility of federal prosecution?
Answering a question with a question. Good lord, did any of you goofs actually read the SCOTUS ruling? You can easily find it online, ya know.

So what would you call it? Do we have a word for when someone is in charge of investigations into themselves?

Yeah, "Joe Biden".

Why weren't you concerned about him when this ruling was made? He was the guy in power when the ruling came down, but yet it was some big move to empower Trump before he was even elected? Makes sense.

Give the phone back to your dad, little buddy
Seems like you don't want to acknowledge that it was Joe Biden who was first granted these magical powers you're pretending to be concerned about.
