Afternoon
Sledge hammering for 20 minutes. Wasn't non stop, more like sets of 20 downwards both sides and sets of 10 lateral strikes.
It was a 2 mile walk there and 2 mile walk back
Evening
2 hours thai.
First hour was sprint type work (so a hard 3 min round with 1 min active rest like teeps or upper cuts).
3 of us so held for 2 rounds, did block single, block double, block triple kicks for 3 sets on 1 leg, then other then first, then hand combo and 12 knees. Teeps for rest
2nd time around was 15 power shots (singles) and a body hook low kick combo (with about 4 other strikes in there as well). Rest was the uppercuts.
2nd hour
Held for 4 rounds.
Hit for 4 rounds, which included 10, 7, 5, 3, 2, 1 at the end of the final round and 10's during the main bits. First round was punching only with 2, 4->10 and back down again for the 1 min
