Mr taylor sir took him on the pads for a round. I felt so bad for mr taylor for once. He wanted to 'see what he could do'. After 20s he looked discusted and wanted to get out.

Well today at work I had a bleeding nose for no reason I couldn't work out why. I have decided after this and the bleeding gums for the last 7 months that I'm going to eliminate the fish oil for a few months. My injuries aren't healing up and I'm too easy going in sparring

Going to take it in 3 doses. 2.4 in the am, 1.2g during the day (about 3pm) and 2.4g before or after training (so 7pm or 11pm)

Went for a long run.
Went well. The lungs held out, I'm getting back into my old pace, just the legs aren't keeping up at the moment

Doing interval based work more then pure power (ie now shorter rests). I also have to do this on a new course because they have turned the land (agricultural, its a wheat field).
After running there, 8 hull runs, which consist of running up one side of this steep slope then jogging down the decline on the other side, that = 1.

My heart felt like it was going to explode. I'm sitting at work slightly buzzing, slightly ravenous, slightly numb mentally.

I need to get some food in me next time I do the am training, something atleast. Having a bowl of food next to me when I'm sleeping in a cold (freezing breath) room on the floor doesn't cut it (I snacked whenever i woke up....which was like 4 times from 12.30 when I went to bed)
 
Its been like 3 hours since I got into work and I'm starving, I mean I'm like actually in pain from being so hungry.


I've eaten quite a bit of the food I brought (and that was extra food because I thought I might be hungry)
 
Had 24th, 25th and 26th off due to a stinking cold thing that is going around

Was going for a massive run but thought better of it, so did a short fast run.

Although I went out feeling drained the run went ok. Managed to get the speed up nicely and took less rest then last time

Freestlye. Ol is fighting now on the 3rd dec when I'm away so he's back into the whole train hard again (and he has no mrs now so he's got no distractions).


Then did a few rounds of leg sparring with ol.
Then those fuckign russians (their breeding 2 of them now) wanted to spar us.

Sparred the newer, taller one. Started banging in the low kicks to I replied and gave him a slight limp by the end of the round. Then 5 s after the round ended and my hands were down he threw a fucking head kick.
3 extra rounds later he was 'slightly' damaged and I kicked through his guard and banged one of his ribs. Cheeky cunt deserved it. Stopped him for about 20s hahaha
Couldn't really say it was 3 rounds in total to be honest. The 3rd round he spent about 2 minutes adjusting his shin pads.
Funny thing was I saw him trading head kicks with ol beforehand. When I say trading, ol was catching his head kick and dropping him on his arse, and ol was just kicking him in the head. I landed a light head kick in the first but pulled it a lot because it made pure contact. Then he goes and pulls that shit.
I sparred the shorter one that got beaten up by ol then, but just body shots because his legs were fucked after ol (whoops...see, I'm nice, but ol's just is a mean little cunt sometimes...well....whenever sparring....or on pads.....or anything mt related really...or when someone is hasseling his ex mrs). Shorter one was shit as well. I got bored so just opened my guard up and let him hit me in the body. My digestion was helped through that quite nicely (I had pizza at work).

That was it.
Sounds like I dodged a bullet with the illness. Everyones been puking their guts up over the weekend

Lungs...hurt.....cold outside but still


I think the speed is going up and the rest between needing to stop is going down

I really need to see how far it is that I run. I'm getting back to the old it feels like I'm flying when I run (instead of the out of shape 'I think my legs are about to fall out and I'm going to cough up a lung')

power shots and lung buster for a round. 10 power kicks either side for the minute

3 rounds on the pads, 10 kicks at the end of round 1 and 2, 20 alternative at the end of the 3rd

Nice log. I am beginning to do something quite similar except I am a good bit behind you in most exercises and just began MT recently. I'll be checking in to see how things work for you. When is your next fight?
 
I've been really lazy the last few months.

My last log (part 1) got deleted.

Its a shame because I had that since I started training (2003).


I've off to thailand in 3 weeks. Now we have a thai in the gym so...yeah, trainings going to be 'fun' for a bit

Hit hands only with for round 1, ol just legs for 2, 3 was paul just hands, 4 and 5 were with rung chai.
Many rounds sparring.
Conditioning with nick

Conditioning work with rung (150 knees, 10 pressups every 50, 100 teeps, press ups, long rang knees, core work).

I feel fucked

2 rounds were 10 kicks, 20 knees 10 push ups, then 7 kicks, 20, 10, then 5, 20 10, then 3, 20 10 and then 2 and 1.

Free stlye power round. Mainly single shots or a 1 2

Held for 1 round
1 round of 3 sets of 10 punches, then 50 grab knees, then 3 sets of 20, 50 grab, 3 sets of 30, grab knees, then I finished off 2 sets of 40 before the 3 min was up.

Sparred for....a while


Conditioning work like tuesday (knees on bag, teeps, long range knees, press ups and core work-contact stylee this time)
