Did a shorter distance but did 5 hill sprints with 2, 4, 6,8, 10, 10, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1, 1 straights with 5 sets pf the parry drill work at the end of each sprint
Then 3 rounds boxing-all with anwar
3 rounds legs only-1 person on, 2 people alternating per round
3 rounds full technique-as above
rest for 5 min (1 round with rests)
4 rounds of 1 person and 5 different fresh peopel jumping in on them-this was me just yelolign at people and really just did 4 or so bursts of 20 s in all
