Not sure about that. We've seen Ian now against 2 high level wrestlers and neither had much success. Shavkat got him down but couldn't keep him down, and Belal didn't get a single takedown. He's a boring fighter, but he's skilled and well-rounded.

I rather Islam face Usman then. Much more credentials in tdd having faced the best mma wrestler in Khamzat.

Its enough, he’ll just poke Islam as soon as the fight starts just like he did here and like Gane did to Tom. If the fight keeps going its an easy win over a half blinded 30% opponent and if the Islam stops, everyone including the president of the company will sh** on Islam and the fight will be rebooked, win-win situation.
No wonder there are eye pokes and nut sh** every fight.

If it stayed in the feet I think Ian could give Islam problems, but I don’t think Islam would keep it on the feet. He will do his thing and Ian will struggle to get back up. Thats how that fight will go.
He aint taking garry down end of story hes to big he will send islam back down to 155lb

He’s on his way to losing a bunch of decisions with top tier guys. He’s very evasive but lacks any finishing prowess. He wants to stand and bang but throws fast pillowy hands and teeps while edging backwards

I would favor Islam. But he's probably the most complete challenger available. Both in skill set, resume, and his willingness to talk and play the PR game. He's the easiest main event to promote outside of like Usman. Except Usman has lost way more recently than Ian has. Prates is probably the next easiest to promote. He actually has vibe, and aura to him with a swagger. I don't think he'd beat Islam, but if he were they could have a big star on their hand with prates. But still think Ian is the easiest fight to promote for a PPV main event for them. All time Great, vs loud mouthed Young stud just entering his prime who's already well proven himself against top competition.

Why would u wanna make Usman vs Garry. Doesnt make sense.
Garry already won against Belal who was a recent former champion and a good grappler.
He deserves the title shot, imo over Morales. He showed good tdd even tho i hate his dirty eyepokes
