He’s just as good as Gsp or Khabib. His opponent has to catch him clean and finish him off in a flurry otherwise Metal will eat them up. He is a high speed bulldozer.

He might be as good but not as dominant as GSP who people when nicknaming 50-45 GSP or Nurmagomedov who had 10-8 rounds in 2 or 3 title fights + the Barboza fight
If he was dominant, he would not have been the outsider while defending his belt
