So does Israel. "Treat them like the Amalek."
them = hamas. not all palestenians. “You must remember what Amalek has done to you, says our Holy Bible. And we do remember.”

and this was in response to 10/7.

and of course, this isn't in their doctrine. you'll play dumb and pretend they are the same of course.

It really saddens me to say it and I don't want to say it. The Israelis are going to get what they want and are going to ethnically cleanse Gaza and likely the West Bank. They've been planning this too long they knew the outrage was coming they will be overcoming it. We're going to lose this one and it's very hard to wrap ones head around that but you're asking me and I'm being honest with you.

Ya, it was obvious that this was Likud's goal all along. From Shamir to Netanyahu, it never changed. Thanks for your honesty there.

They've been planning this too long they knew the outrage was coming they think they can overcome it and it's doubtful they are wrong. We're going to lose this one and it's very hard to wrap ones head around that but you're asking me and I'm being honest with you. "Eliminating Hamas" is a very open ended goal and they've already said they plan on this lasting "at least several months". I don't see how we're going to be able to stop them.
funny you're silent on atrocities around the entire region. other than to condemn the west.

both gaza and the west bank have had a continually growing palestinian population of course.

and yes, eliminating hamas isn't as easy as just asking them nicely. or negotiating. of course, as a peaceful person you'd love to have a murderous terrorist living next door to you. you'd probably excuse them and assume it's because they had a hard upbringing.

15 Samuel also said to Saul, “The Lord sent me to anoint you king over His people, over Israel. Now therefore, heed the voice of the words of the Lord. 2 Thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘I will punish Amalek for what he did to Israel, how he ambushed him on the way when he came up from Egypt. 3 Now go and attack[a] Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and do not spare them. But kill both man and woman, infant and nursing child, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.’ ”

Are infants and nursing children Hamas members? I'm currently reading the Tanakh and this just came up in I Samuel.

Nice dezhumanizing of palestinians civilians and their mass slaughter by rendering them "consequences" by mr fatass military expert here

Can the mantra "if you don't want the consequences of a war don't start a war" that he said and you support be applied to israel too ? Or is it only one way ?

Like for Gaza when they israel starts the 2008 Cast Lead operation, the 2012 Return Echo and Pillar of defense, the 2014 Protective Edge, when they massacre peaceful protesters in the March of Return in 2018, killing thousands and thousands in total, can palestinians retaliate or are they automatically terrorist ?

And I'm not talking about Oct. 7th attack on civilians which I've already condemned I'm talking if they attack military outposts in retaliation, are they legitimate or is any form of resistance unnaceptable in your eyes ? Or is the rule "if you don't want the consequences of a war don't start a war" not applicable then ? Should just get bombed and shut up ?

And for the West Bank when they constantly support settler violence and expropriation of palestinian homes, harass them, unjustly arrest them, kill them when they're laying down and unarmed like we saw for that teenager palestinian last week, are the family member of that murdered boy allowed to retaliate against IDF and violent settlers under the rule of the video you posted "if you don't want the consequences of a war don't start a war" or would it be terrorism then ?

Please tell me

Once again...

The people of Palestine elected Hamas to lead them. Hamas has zero interest in living peaceably with Israel. Israel IS NOT INNOCENT in what they have done to the Palestinian people and Netanyahu should be in prison RIGHT NOW.

Hamas could have chosen non-violent resistance to further advance their goals, just as has been done in several other nations in the world, including the U.S. It took a long time, but it worked, and their goals were advanced, if not achieved.

Hamas chose the path of violence to further advance their goals. Thus, Israel declared war after the October attack by Hamas.

You DO NOT attack a nation that is magnitudes more powerful than you militarily and expect everything to be sunshine and rainbows on your end.

you're quoting the bible as israeli policy?

It was the PLO that shit on the deal and launched the second intifada.

Whatever overtures they made during the peace process were obviously unfiltered bullshit of the highest quality.

The calls for the 67 borders are also stupid. The 67 borders? Where the West Bank was part of Jordan and Gaza was part of Egypt and there was no such thing as Palestine? Those borders?

Oh the 2nd Intifada, the one triggered by Sharon as a way to put a nail in the coffin of the Oslo accords, that's the one you're referring to? Let's be real here, I agree that the Palestinian hardliners never wanted Israel to exist. But the same can be said with most of Likud and their allies. They've done everything to stall the peace process, until they've accomplished their mission of annexing all of Jerusalem and as much of Judea and Samaria that they can.

LOL

That's some next level trolling right there buddy

Triggered after Arafat declined the Clinton Parameters of Camp David which included 96% of the ‘67 borders.

You left out the kill everything part "women and infants"....

“I will punish the Amalekites for what they did to Israel when they waylaid them as they came up from Egypt. Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy all that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.”

So kill Hamas infants and donkeys?

They have a specific doctrine, the Dahiya Doctrine, which specifically calls on attacking civilian infrastructure.

When was the last election in gaza?

It almost sounds like you think the Israel-Palestine situation started Oct 7

no, you're attaching the full biblical verses to one line from him.

That line is used to reference the complete destruction of the Amalekites. It's pretty obvious what it refers to. The justification of a destruction of a people. I'm just calling a spade a spade. I think Israel should have a state. And I think Hamas should be eradicated, and they should immediately surrender. I just don't know how Israel's current government can be defended. They would really benefit from good leadership that doesn't have intelligence breaches that allow October 7, mass bombing of civilians, and inadvertent killing of their own hostages.
