I'm not so sure if it really works the sane way.

Lebanon and Iran aren't going to turn around and fire and investigate their current leaders. ( unfortunately ) if war with Israel doesn't escalate/ continue .

Bibi is in a different spot. If conflict doesn't escalate/ continue he knows it's a matter of time. Conflict will keep him in power far longer than without it.

I'm not sure the same can be said about the others.
