Pullin:
DED-lifts
135 x 3
225 x 2
315 x 1
405 x 1
525 x 1 (5 lb. PR – woot)
535 x 0 (got it half way, started to descend, then started up again, then missed it. If I hadn’t done 525 first, I would have had it)
470 x 1 + 25 second static hold
405 x 8 + 10 second hold on 8th rep
(Tayon hit a much more noteable DL PR today, but I’ll let him post it up in his log tonight.)
