Damn, the weights felt heavy today. After the first couple sets, I decided to change course and lighten up for some nice explosive pause reps.

Tabata burpees (3 sets today!)
1st 4-minute set: no pushup, jump only for sets 1-3, basic for sets 4-8
2nd 4-minute set: no pushup, no jump
3rd 4-minute set: full with pushup and jump on all sets. Set/rest intervals were reversed, i.e. 10 second work/20 seconds rest. Last set was done for 30 seconds.
