GlassJaw's OLD SCHOOL MADNESS (boxing)

Spent yesterday building stations at my pad because the PAL has been like jabba-the-huts ass crack and noones showing up aside from the kids because they don't have AC.

Went to the home depot and bought some industiral rope for grip pull-ups/rope climbing on my tree.

Built two tractor tire sledge stations, tied down my overhead swing station, and made a new one for sled dragging.

Made a movement and restance station for back peddles and bobing/weaving.

Hung two 10 ft Mirrors in the home gym as well as putting mats over the whole floor. The old lady can't complain about the weights hitting the hardwood anymore.

Made a weight vest from a military cargo vest and wrist/ankle weights i bought at the goodwill. It's awesome.

Going to use my patio to attach a few double end bags. Since the PAL is down the street from my house, it'll be nice to mix things up if I get annoyed by the bag bullies.

Sorry , been staying damn busy these past 2 weeks. Working out of town alot. Just the " shadow box, crunches, push-ups" kinda quick workouts to keep my loose. I'll be back at the regular log shortly.

Today was yet again a distracted one. Started to get warmed up and got the call to get back to work. So not back to good, but back :/.


2 rounds jacks
1 round shadow boxing
5 minutes rope skip

50 push-ups
1 set pulls ups
1 set pull ups
25 inclined rotations
25 inclined rotations
2 rounds jab's on the heavy bag
2 rounds speed bag
30 sledge swings left
30 sledge swings right

5 mins rope to call it an unfulfilled day.

I'm throwing up today. I looked over this post and it just irritate :(

My only debate is, do i set aside "fun" gambling money, and bet a little on Tony,or just drop whatever i have to spend on Tony , win or lose.

Unfortunately that won't work. We don't see Mike on Saturdays or Sundays.

Busted out the run today (3 mI) on top of the workout.

Warm-ups
10 minutes dynamic stretching (need to get back to doing this more often)
1 round ring jacks
1 round shadow boxing
1 round on the bob/weave cable.

1 set grip pullups
50 push-up cinderblock cycles
2 rounds good speed bag
1 round heavybag jabs
1 round heavybag combinations
1 round fheavybag flurries
rest
50 sledge swings left
50 sledge swings right
25 40m suicides to finish off the days work.
5 minutes rope skip to cool down.

Shake/rinse/repeat.
