The first one has a a manly face, IMO. MTG is just an average middle aged woman. The big difference (besides, you know, being a guy) is the guy has spent a lot of money to cosplay as a woman. I saw someone with a very convincing She Hulk costume from Comicon but I'm pretty sure she wasn't truly a green radioactive monster.
