well if it is too much effort for you to actually follow my thought and positions I'm glad you just said so. I'll stop wasting my time.I think this would be a good take if the standard had previously been trans people using bio bathrooms. Opening that floodgate could be argued as problematic.
But lets be clear - trans people have been using bathrooms they present as previously and NOW we are policing them back.
So, I think your position of "if/when the data comes in" is disingenuous because we should already have plenty of clear data of the effects of this super detrimental problem, right?
Then again I would certainly expect there to be statistical evidence of this.
The problem with the standard of passing is that it's subjective, but I agree utopically.
Because, and I mean this 10000% respectfully, you write so much that it's too tedious and committal to debate every point. I have to try to take the gist and discuss the broad points.
It would be a lot easier to respond if you were able to make your takes a bit more terse or only argue one position at a time.
