Strongman is something I've thought about. I'll get a couple fights in, and see where I'm at from there. Thanks for the compliments.
If I get squirrly this summer, I may order a mold or two.
I haven't played with a sandbag this heavy before on get-ups, but do you find this constitutes enough reps for a conditioning workout? I mean, I'd just feel stapled to the ground the whole time and don't even know if I'd get my heart rate up enough to call it conditioning. It's an impressive feat nonetheless, if for no other reason than your sandbag weighs more than I do.Rd 2: 200 lbs Sandbag Get Up

One other thing of note:
Wing Tsun guy from the vids offered a challenge to the kids "See if any of you can take me down and hold me there." The kid he chose would have made Bubble Boy proud, as the first thing he did was a beautiful judo hip toss w/ some Japanese name I don't know. When they got back up, he nearly suplexed him, but settled for a pick up/ leg trip takedown from the back. The kid couldn't hold him down, but he tossed the shit out of him.
Hopefully, he'll start coming to class.
