I think it’s possible that he either was aware of it and did nothing(most likely) or partook(less likely). I think either of those two options is more likely than he knew nothing which is essentially zero.
He definitely needs something in the hole but much larger and wider than a playing card.

He was such a good guy to Trump, that he let an investigation into child sex trafficking linger into nothingness, because he was so darn concerned for the consequences of his political rival that he was trying to throw in prison.
