The UFC can't force ANYBODY to fight. That's the entire reason fighters don't get paid until they've made their walk and the fight starts.

But if Tom was healthy enough to fight 2 weeks ago and suddenly can't fight soon with NO doctor medical suspensions preventing him from fighting they really should look into stripping him.
