International Do you support very fast mass deportations with quick trials?

yeah..... Like I've said, there are levels to this stuff.

"rights" for shitheads that came in illegally, commited crimes, or tried to spead MS13 to our country. THOSE are the people you are defending. You have no room to speak on this matter.

VERY VERY few. I got inside sources from border patrol personnel. You don't.
You're so unapologetically full of shit. The second you take Constitutional rights away from some, you make room to take them away from everyone. GTFO with your anti Constitution rhetoric

You cannot prove someone is illegal, in a gang, or a criminal of any kind without due process. And IDGAF if Constitutional rights make your pussy hurts, they fucking get them. It has gone to SCOTUS time and time again.

you cannot determine someone's legality with due process. It's not rocket science

Hey... whatever makes you feel good about yourself.

For the 4th time.... its always make a faceless anonymous nobody feel good to call someone profanity online behind a keyboard huh?? WEAK

Oh and you just proved you have no idea how ICE or border patrol works. And no I am not gonna waste time with 5 paragraphs proving you wrong by explaining the system.

Due process is a right granted to everyone in American soil. Constitutional rights shall not be infringed upon.

If they flee ICE will do their job and they'll get deported anyway. But you cannot just blindly round up people who think are probably illegal, strip them of due process, and go "oh well they're in El Salvador now, I can't do anything about it".
Sure you can. Place them in an illegal immirgabt tank and have a zoom call with an immigration judge 100 at a time

Please, you're the fakest person on here. Cry more about your anti Constitution rhetoric and your hurt feelings.

You won't explain shit because you can't. You know you're wrong and you're running, again

Because a trial is Due Process..

Yes it’s tedious, but also yes, these are relatively quick cases.. hell you could assembly line it..

Judge: does the defendant have legal paperwork?
Defendant 1: No
Judge: Goodbye, try again, Next.

Judge: does the defendant have legal paperwork?
Defendant 2: No
Judge: Goodbye, try again, Next.

Judge: Does the defendant have legal paperwork?
Defendant 3: Yes, work visa.
Judge: Make sure your paperwork is in order and up to date, have a nice day.

Judge: Does the defendant have legal paperwork?
Defendant 4: No
Judge: Goodbye, try again, next.

Tedious but simple cases, I don’t understand why people think each individual case would take weeks and months of discovery and trials..

Though I am sure there would be some exceptions.
Sounds like a robojudge

Like I said before... the VAST majority have no answer because the know they came in illegally. If you want to continue simping for them than be my guest.
You didn't actually answer my question.

My question was "Why can't they simply lie and say that they don't have their paperwork? What makes anyone obviously not a citizen?"

Maybe you have no answer because you know your statement didn't make sense? And you're projecting this inability to answer simple questions onto the hordes of illegal immigrants?

I guess this can be summarized as: People don't answer questions because they know they're wrong. If so, I appreciate the demonstration, lol.

wow, if only you guys didn't just have an administration that completely opened the borders and dumped thousands in small towns, which is totally the thing you'd expect from someone in charge of the country.

He could totally explain how you're completely wrong but he tho...for reasons

The American people gave Donald Trump a mandate to deport illegals. Democrats and leftists are fighting against what the majority of American citizens want.
I disagree with that assessment. I would agree they gave him a mandate to fix illegal immigration. And there are many Democrats on board with that by the way. But I know even a lot of conservatives that are sickened by the idea of rounding up hundreds of people and flying them to super-max prisons in El Salvador (Which is costing us roughly the same keeping them in prison here by the way) without so much as a hearing.

There was a not perfect, but pretty decent piece of bi-partisan immigration legislation that Trump had killed so he could get elected. That would have worked better than this mess.

But the fundamental problem in all of this is that our country is split into 2 halves that live in completely separate diametrically opposed realities. In one of those realities, immigrants, legal and otherwise, are overall substantial value adders to our society. Yes some cause trouble, but at a rate not much different than US citizens. And in the other reality, immigration is largely to blame for nearly every economic and societal ill we have. For people to have productive conversations, they need to at the very least have a shared reality.

Well... I proved you wrong about that a while back didn't I? ;) :))

Says the guy (girl?) that is simping for whatever he/she can simp for to help illegals and criminals stay in this country as long as possible.

Already proved a while back I don't run didn't I? ;) ;))

Ask yourself one thing... if ICE and border patrol were violators of the constitution than why do they still exist? Wouldn't they have been disbanded in 2009?

Not at all, the formality of the process would still take a couple hours but the root of the case would be that simple. Call the border patrol as a witness, walk through the detainment process and if the detainee was given a chance to produce paperwork. Nothing was produced, government has satisfied their burden. Defendant can call their own witness and produce paperwork. If they can't, government wins --> deport.

It's 2-3 hours per case plus another hour for the clerks to draft and issue the order.

Well... I proved you wrong about that a while back didn't I? ;) :))
No you didn't. As usual you claimed that you did with no back up.

No, I'm upholding my oath and supporting the Constitution so that legal residents are not wrongfully robbed of due process. I know you don't give a fuck about the Constitution tho.

No, you did not. Because you ran.

For the same reasons why cops who commit civil rights violations still have jobs. The system is broken and designed to prevent fuck ups from being held accountable for their actions. We have several cases wrongful detainments and no due process in just the short time Trump has used the AEA. No one is being held accountable and that's a massive problem. ICE agents have qualified immunity from their frequent fuck ups.

Isn't the right to due process a right guaranteed to American citizens? These people aren't American citizens.
The Supreme Court case of Wong Wing v. United States (1896) established that non-citizens, even those residing unlawfully, are entitled to due process rights under the Fifth and Sixth Amendments.

If people are already here and peaceful and not doing anything wrong, they should be the lowest priority of the administration as far as deportation..

Get the criminals out first and foremost.. then move on to homeless/unhoused.. and lastly employed non-violent folks should be at the very bottom of the totem pole

There should definitely be a hierarchy of priority

That was the Obama administrations policy, and it still seems reasonable to me.

ICE's focus should be on violent criminals not a grandmother whose visa expired.

At these "trials" can we expedite citizenship as well? If so, then I might be OK with it.
