If he wasn't the democrat VP that you have to pretend is some wonderful guy, and your kids just came home from school and told you about a 35 year old male teacher who doesn't have kids but is really into "LGBT issues" and started a club to mentor gay teenagers about their sex lives, and asked you if he could go on one of his trips to "study in China", what would your answer be? Would you first want to find out if he's "joyful", or would you do what any sane parent would and tell your kid there's no fucking way they're even allowed to get a ride from that guy?
