I catch a lot of hate from the left because of my unwillingness to tribally align on any issue I disagree with. I have had more heated disagreements with the left than the right on this forum by far.

But I just genuinely don't think Walz is a piece of s***. He just isn't. He's imperfect but he's not a piece of s***

What you guys seem unwilling to recognize is that this is a dualistic choice between two tickets. There are no perfect human beings in either of those two tickets. So a person has to weigh which ticket they're going to choose out of the two.

And there's a clear distinct difference between the moral depravity and character on those two tickets and it's massively in favor of Walz and Kamala obviously.

In this election we have a uniquely morally unfit human being in Trump that makes this election a much easier choice.

That is exactly what they want. They hold Democrats to the standards of civility and Trump to Trump standards, hence Trump can say whatever vile thing he wants about Harris and anyone else and they all clap for it like trained seals but the minute someone like Walz makes a nod to an internet rumor suddenly we need to return to civility politics. To make matters worse, the hacks making this argument will usually insist they are "centrists" and neither left or right all while openly carrying water for the right. These people in particular should be bullied from polite society.

I don't think it's a real tweet TBH. As much as I relish the idea of Ann Coulter feeling bad, I just think it's unlikely that the Governor of Minnesota is bothering to clap back at a washed up hack. His social media team would know better than to attack a woman, I should think, even a loathsome woman like her.


Edit: Yeah, the official Twitter handle for Walz is @GovTimWalz. That response was savage, but from a fake account.

The joke in Kingpin had layers and a setup, that's what made it hilarious, not simply the "drinking".

Getting butthurt enough to create and spread a fake newspaper article with artificial aging in response to a throwaway quip alluding to a internet rumor he didn't even create is... weird, forced, and not really funny.

I'll laugh at funny memes that poke fun at either side (if they're funny) so don't come at me with that "hypocrisy" bullshit, either. (Can't find the original where Trump had an angrier face but this one is close, and cracked me up)

I don't even think highly of Vance in the first place. If Walz hasnt apologized, Vances reaction is pretty much inconsequential. I actually think the horse cum meme is hilarious now in retrospect. More power to Vance if him or his people conceived that one. Classic bully move by Walz, he got what he had coming. Still not one of the lefties here has the guts to admit what a POS Walz. I'll move on when someone can prove he's not.

Interesting that you think bullying is bad. Is that a consistent stance? Even if it is though, I think it's going to fall on deaf ears when right-wing people on this forum have argued that bullying is a good thing for many years...

According to right-wing people on this forum bullying toughens everyone up and we could solve a lot of social ills by encouraging it.
