If the ship actually sinks she'll be fine and in the UFC in short order. If the ship stays afloat and she gets all her fights then she'll get paid well and be in the UFC while she's still young enough to make a serious legacy there. If the PFL doesn't fold and finds a non-injury way not to give her fights it'll be bad for her, but that's the least likely of the scenarios.

She is 100% making the right move and is doing so because she has enough leverage to make a good deal; she needs to first roll in the dough when possible, then worry about the UFC. Making a few million first is a smart move if it is open to her.

It's not like the UFC is going to be hesitant to sign her in the future. Her stock will only rise for the UFC after she destroys the competition and rakes in the bucks for a bit longer in the PFL.

A bone-crushing Barbie Doll is like a WMMA fight promoter's dream come true. If she were a dominant champ, she could be a Ronda-level popularity boost for the UFC. Maybe even more so- she has a friendlier personality than Ronda.

She's got the english market tho, no one there is going to get sick of her fighting any chick they find. She's also turning 27 this year, worst case scenario she'd be out of PFL in her early thirties if not sooner. By that point with Shev retired and the rest of the current top 5 even older it would be the perfect storm for her to take over and cement herself as a dominant force then.

Obviously things could change during that time, but that's probably how her team and her see things playing out.
